At Korvylixo S.R.L. ("Korvylixo", "we") we understand that personal data is sensitive. This policy describes, in clear language, what data we process, for what purpose, for how long and how you can exercise your rights under Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and related regulations.

The controller is Korvylixo S.R.L., CUIT 30-71845632-7, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office 802, C1043AAZ — City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any enquiry please contact privacidad@korvylixo.com.
Data we process
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when completing forms (name, email and message), together with limited technical browsing data — such as device type, language, page visited and visit duration — when you grant consent.
Purposes
We process your information to respond to enquiries, improve editorial quality, measure the performance of our educational campaigns and comply with applicable legal obligations. We never use your data for automated decision-making with legal effects.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent — given when you submit forms or accept optional categories in the cookie banner — and, where applicable, on Korvylixo's legitimate interest in the safe operation of the site and regulatory compliance.
Recipients
We do not sell personal information. We may share strictly necessary data with providers acting as processors under contract (email, analytics and advertising services), including Google LLC under Consent Mode v2 and contractual clauses ensuring an adequate level of protection.
Retention periods
We keep contact data for 24 months from the last interaction and technical browsing data for a maximum of 14 months, unless a specific regulation requires different periods.
Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition rights by writing to privacidad@korvylixo.com with a copy of your ID. You have the right to lodge a claim before the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority for Law 25.326.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, role-based access control and periodic reviews, in order to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect operational improvements or regulatory changes. The update date will be displayed at the top of the document and, for substantial changes, we will communicate them prominently on the site.
